4. Pay incentives/Earning Potential
   1. The earning potential for our full-time estheticians are between $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
   2. We pay estheticians when a client no-shows. (Even if the client is not charged)
   3. All estheticians are eligible to earn monthly performance-based bonus incentives.
   4. We pay for additional training with industry professionals at no charge.

1. Licensed in the State of North Carolina to perform esthetics
2. Able to participate in a team- and goal-driven environment
3. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
