Position Title: Store Manager, Non-Exempt / Hourly
Reports To: District Manager
Position Purpose: Drive an effective selling culture in the store by building an outwardly friendly team, building sales capability and building the brand. Assume complete responsibility for store location and its success. Develop and maximize potential of Assistant Manager and Supervisors to effectively lead store.
Knowledge, Skills, and Physical / Other Requirements:
Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
Demonstrate customer service and selling skills.
Demonstrate effective cash handling protocol including bank deposits.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team and supervisor.
2 to 3 years of Retail/specialty apparel Management experience a must.
Ability to lead, direct and execute multiple tasks concurrently.
